This formal compliance agreement is formulated in strict accordance with Google Play's unified global data security standards and user privacy protection compliance specifications, aiming to provide all Bondora platform registered users with open, transparent, convenient and standardized account termination and personal data erasure services. All platform users do not need to carry out application uninstallation or reinstallation operations, and you can voluntarily submit an official account termination request at any time to fully exercise your legal rights of independent management and disposal over your personal platform account and all associated private data.
All account termination and data deletion services specified in this agreement are independently provided and fully implemented by the official developer entity (Developer Entity Name: Zhijiang Maogao Trading Co., Ltd.). The developer entity shall fully undertake compliance responsibilities and legally guarantee that every user has complete independent control rights and exclusive disposal rights over their personal account information and all personal data generated during platform service use.
After users successfully submit a valid official account termination application, the Bondora platform will automatically initiate a 30-day official data retention cooling-off period. During the entire 30-day cooling-off period, your personal platform account and all associated usage data will be temporarily and completely retained by the platform server system. If you do not log in to your Bondora account in any form throughout the cooling-off cycle, the platform will strictly implement the permanent and comprehensive deletion of all your personal private data in accordance with the mandatory provisions of applicable personal information protection laws and industry regulatory systems.
To meet the platform's legitimate business needs including daily compliance operation management, overall user data statistical analysis, continuous product function iteration and upgrade, and user service quality optimization, the platform may retain a small quantity of non-personal data that has completed desensitization and de-identification processing. All retained data cannot identify, associate or track any specific individual user, and will never cause any infringement on users' personal privacy rights and legitimate legal interests.
Within the 30-day valid grace period after the submission of the account deletion application, if users actively log in to their bound Bondora platform account through any valid login channel, the platform's intelligent system will automatically revoke the pending account deletion application immediately. Your platform account will be instantly restored to the normal usable state, and all historical usage data, personalized setting content, exclusive functional access permissions and other account reserved resources will be fully retained and completely restored, allowing you to enjoy all platform services normally and completely.
In accordance with global personal information protection laws and regulatory compliance requirements, the platform has set up two independent, formal and fully compliant official account deletion service channels. All users can freely select any one channel to independently complete the entire standardized process of account deletion application and identity confirmation:
Once the 30-day account deletion grace period is completely over, the platform will automatically finish the full account cancellation and personal data permanent deletion process, and the entire operation will produce permanent, irreversible and non-revocable legal effect. All users are reminded to fully understand the irreversibility of this operation. To avoid the loss of important personal data and valuable stored content, please manually back up and save all required reserved data and content before submitting the account deletion application.
